Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted the same day the order is placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Preorder Cancellation
Preorder cancellation requests must be submitted before the official product release date.
Once preorder products have arrived, shipped, or are ready for pickup, the order cannot be cancelled and all sales are final.
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at villainstcginfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been shipped or fulfilled cannot be cancelled.
Mystery Bags, custom orders, special editions, or limited-time products may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation is approved, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing fees and transaction costs associated with the original purchase.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Payment processing fees may be non-refundable depending on your payment method.
If Villains TCG cannot fulfill a preorder due to allocation changes or inventory shortages, customers will receive a full refund for the affected item(s).
