How do Mystery Bags work?Popular

Pick a Mystery Bag tier and check out. Each bag is a sealed selection of 100% authentic products packed against published pull odds with a guaranteed minimum market value. Pulls are randomized — no fixed outcomes.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with tracked delivery via USPS and other trusted carriers. Please allow extra time during launches, weekends and holidays.

Can I preorder items?

Absolutely. We regularly offer preorders for upcoming Pokémon and trading card releases. Preorders ship or become available for pickup on or after the release date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Zelle and Cash App, for seamless and secure checkout.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, email us at villainstcginfo@gmail.com and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Can I sell a pulled card back for store credit?

Yes — eligible pulls can be sold back for store credit at a set percentage of their market value. Contact us for a quote before sending cards.

How do I register for an in-store event?

Register online using the button on any event, or sign up in-store on the day if seats remain. Pre-registration guarantees your spot.

Are your products authentic?

Always. Every item we sell is 100% genuine and sourced through official distributors — we never sell proxies or counterfeits.

Do you offer loyalty rewards?
