Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. Villains TCG does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Sealed Trading Card Game products
- Single cards
- Graded cards
- Board games
- Trading card accessories
- Collectible products
- Preorder products
Products cannot be returned due to personal preference, change of mind, duplicate purchases, market value changes, or dissatisfaction with the product received.

We will review the issue and work to resolve the matter.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted the same day the order is placed.
If a cancellation is approved, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing fees and transaction costs associated with the original purchase.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
Preorder Policy
Villains TCG offers preorder purchases for select Trading Card Game products, including booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, bundles, collections, special sets, accessories, and other collectible products before their official release date.
By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Preorder products are not currently in stock and are reserved based on expected inventory availability.
- Release dates, product availability, and allocation quantities may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays.
- Villains TCG is not responsible for delays, shortages, allocation reductions, or changes caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside of our control.
Preorder items will ship or become available for local pickup once inventory is received by Villains TCG and the product is officially available for release.
If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the order may be held until all items are available unless separate shipping arrangements are made.
Preorder Cancellations
Preorder cancellation requests must be submitted before the official product release date.
Approved preorder cancellations may be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover payment processing fees and transaction costs.
Once preorder products have arrived, shipped, or are ready for pickup, the order cannot be canceled and all sales are final.
Preorder pricing is locked in at the time of purchase. Future market price increases or decreases after purchase will not affect the original preorder price.
If Villains TCG cannot fulfill a preorder due to allocation changes or inventory shortages, customers will receive a full refund for the affected item(s).
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Refunds or replacements will only be considered for items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Missing
- Incorrect compared to the order placed
Customers must contact Villains TCG within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and may be required to provide photos or documentation.
Shipping & Delivery
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Villains TCG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect customer addresses, lost packages, stolen packages, or circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance may be available at checkout as an optional upgrade to protect eligible orders, including:
- Sealed products
- Single cards
- Graded cards
- Trading card accessories
- Collectible products
If shipping insurance is not purchased, Villains TCG is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
