Returns & Cancellations Policy

Due to the nature of sealed products, single cards, board games, and trading card accessories in the Trading Card Game industry, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at villainstcginfo@gmail.com and we’ll work to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made 24 hours after order is placed. If approved, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Mystery Boxes ship within end of each month after payment is received

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.

 


Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or missing.



Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available at checkout as an optional upgrade to protect your order — including sealed products, single cards, board games, and trading card accessories — from loss or damage during transit.

If you do not purchase shipping insurance, Villains TCG is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed off to the carrier.
