🚚 General Shipping Info
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. We use USPS and other trusted carriers.

Please allow extra time during product launches, weekends, and holidays.

🛡️ Shipping Insurance (Optional at Checkout)
Shipping insurance is available at checkout to protect against loss or damage during transit.

• If you do not purchase shipping insurance, Villains TCG is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are handed off to the carrier.

• Insurance covers only in-transit issues, not theft after delivery.

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at villainstcginfo@gmail.com.

Note: Insurance must be selected at checkout. It cannot be added after the order is placed.

🕒 Pre-Orders & Combined Shipping
If your order contains a pre-order item, all items in the same order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.

We do not split shipments. If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, please place a separate order.
