Villains TCG Mystery Bags are sealed collectible products containing Trading Card Game items, collectibles, and/or store credit value.
Each Mystery Bag is a purchase of a physical collectible product with a disclosed minimum guaranteed value. Customers are purchasing the contents of the Mystery Bag itself and are not purchasing an entry into a raffle, lottery, sweepstakes, or game of chance.
Product Disclosure
Before purchase, each Mystery Bag listing will disclose:
- Minimum guaranteed value
- Possible product categories included
- Types of collectibles that may be included
- Any available store credit options or trade-in terms
Mystery Bag contents are selected from available Villains TCG inventory and may vary between purchases. Customers are not guaranteed any specific card, product, rarity, grade, or individual item unless specifically stated in the product description.
Store Credit Option
Certain Mystery Bags may include collectible items that are eligible for a Villains TCG store credit option. If an item qualifies, customers may choose to receive store credit according to the terms stated in the product listing.
Store credit amounts are determined by Villains TCG based on factors including:
- Current market value
- Item condition
- Demand
- Product details
Store credit is issued as store credit only and has no cash redemption value.
Collectible Product — Not Gambling
Villains TCG Mystery Bags are collectible products and are not gambling, betting, raffles, lotteries, or games of chance.
Customers receive a sealed collectible product with a guaranteed minimum value. The variation of collectible items received is part of the collectible product format and does not involve wagering money for the opportunity to receive a prize.
Every customer receives a product regardless of the contents received.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of sealed mystery collectible products, all Mystery Bag sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for:
- Personal preference
- Duplicate items
- Market value changes
- Receiving an item that was disclosed as a possible product outcome
- Dissatisfaction with the contents
Refunds or replacements will only be considered for:
- Damaged items received
- Missing items
- Incorrect orders

Any changes will only apply to future Mystery Bag purchases and will not affect orders already completed.
